Online Orders:
We are confident you'll love your gently used Thomas products! If you're not completely satisfied, simply email us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide a full refund for the original purchase price minus outbound shipping costs. Customer is responsible for returned shipping charges

For any broken items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

Important Notes:

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges for motorized (battery-operated) items are only available if we are contacted within 5 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Refunds cannot be issued for orders with incorrect addresses.
